It 's the same procedure :
1- click button "Download" to get tarball, download your OS version.
2- cick button "Installion folder"
3- paste in this folder your exe (unzip if Windows not extract it automatically)
4- click button "ok" to finish install
Now you can open menu file again and click to "import DXF" to launch new DXF import tool.

J’ai toujours trouvé le cartouche par défaut de Qet trop petit, on pourrait peut-être revoir sa taille.
L'essentiel n'est pas dans le cartouche mais dans les folios.. donc celui de base je m'en sert souvent ..
J'aurai pu mettre un cartouche "top moumoute", whoua la classe ... , bref sans intérêt chez nous un cartouche type aérospatiale ..., et le temps m’étais compté.. pas fini les schémas ... qu'il fallait que je câble l'armoire au plus vite .. entre deux pannes ...

Ça m’étonnes que sur un post juste basé sur une lacune de QET mais qui est aussi un gros avantage ... (ça imprime ce que tu as à l'écran quelque soit le format de papier, A4, A3, A5 ... et seulement en jouant sur les dimensions des cartouches on zoom ou réduit le dessin suivant le besoin... , bref!)
très étrange qu'il y ai eu cette discussion, je me vois pas faire du schéma electro sur freeCAD, LibreCAD, etc, m'enfin si certains dev ont vraiment beaucoup de temps libre, bah pourquoi pas.
"Plus on est de fous, plus ont ris et moins il y à de riz" proverbe de chez moi. 
Ce que j'ai trouvé intéressant dans ce fil c'est la découverte de ce petit bout de logiciel qu'es "WireViz" qui pourrait aussi m'intéresser quand je fignolerai mon projet en cours ... avec un folio de représentation "tenant aboutissant" pour les câbles quand ils partent de plusieurs borniers dans diverses boites de jonctions différentes.
Pour du schéma hardenening ça pourrait servir et être plus simple à implémenter pour Martin..
Il a de bonnes idées, mais un train de commits de retard sur le GIT ... qui sont donc tout le temps en conflit avec le source et donc délicat à inclure :
