Hello,
why i am not getting any result when converting dxf? When file is in progress i can see how elmt code is generating (html code) but at the end all is erased and only this is what i get:

</description>
</definition>

I use this version: DXF to QET ELMT converter V3.0 uses SQlite (text updated 2017 04 29)

OK, thank you. Will do that, and for backup will move *.elmt file from collection to my project directory.

Hi,

i would like to create an element which would be accessible only in one certain project (usually this is assembly drawing). I would like to save this element next to my .qet project file in dedicated folder. My current workaround is, that i create new element in QET collection library (in dedicated subfolder) and then place it in the project. But this element is used only once (for dedicated project), and I do not want to stay this element in my standard QET collection, since i won't be using it in other projects.
Is there any solution for this ? Thank you nomicons/smile

Hi,

when converting dxf to qet element, vertical text are always rotated for 90°. Is there workaround ? Now I edit it in element editor text by text manualy.

Hello,

I would like to add constat/propertie to a conductor. So if I check checkbox "Apply properties to all conductors of this potential" this propertie would not be override by applying this settings.
Is there any solution for my wanted "feature" ?

Thank you for supporting, it seems what I want to do, cannot be done. Inserting custom title block on a folio is not supported. It is not a big thing, I just wanted to add a big title text to first (main) page with project name (defined in project properties).
Thanks anyway.

Hi,

in project properties I defined few variables (project name, author, type ,etc...). I would like to add a certain variable (for example "project name")on one page of my project. How could I do this ? Is it possible ? I suppose I need something like dynamic text for showing my global variables. Something similar like dynamic text in element editor but for project variables.

Hi,

need help with creating summary page layout.
Is it possible to change layout of this page. I fact I would like to change text in top of table. How can I change it ?

If it is working in latest version (which i use right now) then I am still missing something.
Would you be so kind, and send me an example qet project, so I can open it and try it if I can generate correct terminals in my enviroment ?

Conductors connected on the same terminal can't have a different label name!
In principle QET does not allow it, and that is why the terminal block generator works badly in your example.

I looked at your example and found terminal which has different names at top and bottom. How did you achieved this ?

If I understand you wiring attached should work. But there are still no names at bottom side of terminals.

I think I did everything ok in diagram attached in  this post, but still no names.

Hi,

thanks for reply but I don't understand what are you trying to say. Can you be more specific ?

Hello,

need help with with terminal block creation. I don't know how to generate terminal with conductor assigned at boottm. My elements (terminals) doesn't have Designation property to set them to "1,2". I am using latest plugin 1.0.16 on Windows 10.
