Well, If you want to use formula %F.%seqt_1 for conductors, the best pratice or workaround is to add a report on other folio 

1. link this report to previous conductor

2. create conductor in folio 03 after,  (btw not try to link directly 2 different formula %F.%seqt_1  conductors).

By example in your project I delete conductor 03.05 in folio 3, unlink the report, now link again just enter 02.05 in filter bar and choose the good conductor (02-D9) position and after redraw conductor in your folio 3.

Is dangerous to autonum conductor with formula (%F.%seqt_1) when you use link to other folio.
Remove formula in all conductors you want to link, unlink and reconnect.
If not equipotential is wrong.

And program crashe....

You could try 0.7-rc1, but make a backup off your project before, if you want to return on 0.60 after.

Edit : Use label instead of their ID is already checked in your version.

You need to replace manualhy propertie %id/%total by your number folio.
