i have made a simple reference elements system, if you put them close to any other element you can autoname all slaves.
this way you do not have to change each element.

I have made a very quick tagging, this way you dont need to make symbolas, just put this near the element and you have result.
copy is not working due to a fault in version 0.4 as it is not copying master /slave info.
now you can make references with any element.

i knew there was a snag on this one,
indeed copying inside qet is fine, however the links to master and slave are gone and other things are not copied so loosing this info. this is due to version and needs repair

as master slave works with this contactmirror on the bottom, however working fine, i have used the renvoi elements.
i will make rar file and put it here as a renvoielements.
i am working on a good lib with master/slave usage.
i did just all of them and put them in separate map, 1 for next page (master) and one for previous page (slave)
the visual is almost same as master/slave, however you have to do it manually.
and no not good idea to have a switch on it, however you can use same as above with this master slave as the working is exact same. i did thought of that, however found many elements have wrong terminal behavior so have to redraw many of them. (editor is not keeping up this master/slave and renvoi as it is still in development. editor is running 0.3 and we are in 0.4

is it possible to have an autosave option with a time setting (like 10 mintes?)
make each time a different file and when project is ended and archived i can manually delete all these files. (as they are with qeb extension.

when using CTRL C and CTRL V the items are on same place, please shift the paste a little, this way they are visible and easier to move to correct place.
even better is to hang them on the pointer (same place as when using ctrl C).
simpler to insert them (when doing terminals it is easier to move mouse and then press ctrl V.

workaround is fine, meaning i copy the elements from the libproject to all new projects, then i can copy components like complete switchassemblies to my workingproject.
i can even copy complete collections into the imported elements, this way a change in the drawings is possible without versionchange

go to project properties
put in a name in the properties field and a value
put one more name in and a value
now a input field will be added to the display.
when pressing oke
the second value disappears.

the last was zz with text last but last is blanked the next time i ask for it.

It is possible to connect terminals, however i saw strange behavior when the space is small an element will start to move instead of making a connection, it has something to do with the surrounding rectangle each element has.
and yes it needs attention,
same when two elements touch each others terminals impossible to keep connection.
