Topic: Terminal Block creation Plugin don't work

Hi.
I have Windows 7 Pro, Python 3.6 32 Bit, And Qelectrotec 0.60 RC2.
I tried to create the trerminal block following your Video "Terminal Block generator1".

When I click on Launch terminal block creation plugin I need to select the open drawing called "Test" after that I click on " Create terminal Block".

At this point, Python crash.
Where is the problem?
I must download also QT 5?

No need to install Qt5 framework for use plugin.

Try to launch qet_tb_generator on python program in the CMD terminal, and see if report a error?

What the number you put at the end of your posting messages, can you explain? nomicons/smile

Generator doesn't work for me too...
Crash after click on generate. No terminals are generated.

Hi.
I tried to execute qet_tb_generator.exe directly.
I can select the file but when I click on "create terminal blocks" , this is the results.

I don't know what is the number. Every time that I finish to write a message, I see a number. nomicons/smile

I think it is better now, but attached you can find the results nomicons/sad
I can post also the qet sheet.

qet is in C:\qelectrotech\ folder
project are in C:\qelectrotech\progetti\ folder
terminal stripare generated in C:/qelectrotech/conf/elements/auto_terminal_strip\

The problem is: you haven't change label of folio. On your project label is: "%id/%total". If you change it by "1" or what you want: it work.

To have good label of terminal "X1", when you put element of project, select no autonum for element.

Very Good.
Everything is ok.
I must remember to set the sheet number in manual.
Can I use a different symbol to indicate the terminal strip? In my drawing I use TB as Terminal Board.

I don't know if I answer about your question...
Name of terminal must be like that :
- first: name or label of terminal assembly X, 01X1, XC, TB1, TBX, ...
- separator: ":"
- number of terminal : 1, U1, L1, ....

I will start to use this software.
I start to create some component that are missing in my version of qet like Siemens 1500 or some Pilz security relay.
Is it possible to send to qet this component or create a library available for all?
