Topic: Project display deteriorated

Yesterday I installed the latest DEV version. I was surprised to see that the quality of the project sheet content has deteriorated, especially when zooming in. It looks like when vector graphics are replaced with bitmap graphics.

Am I doing somthing wrong?

You could change font policy in settings, select a vector graphic policy, just reload your projects to see the change aplied on the fly.

I feel stupid. I cannot find a font policy settings! I see several font settings but when I change a font nothinh is changed on the project. I also see no difference in setting between the latest and the previous DEV version.

Close and reload your project.

Only change are on Qt 5 Framework  Qt 5.13.0 -> 5.13.1.

You 're right, thanks to report it.
This problem seems to affect only the MS Windows version.
Please try the latest versions compiled for Windows. I just downgraded the Qt 5 version to the old 5.12.3 environment.

Upgrade to Qt > = 5.13. break font scale on Windows :
I tried today again with new Qt 5.14.0 and  saw the same thing only on windows platform..

A workaround to fix this issue on MS Windows with Qt 5.14.0 is to replace all Sans Serif default font by MS Shell Dlg 2 in all elements and all collections XML.. Btw users need hack our XML project also and replace Sans Serif police.

Same things on new Qt 5.14.2...nomicons/sad and always on windows platform..
