Thanks Scorpio
I was looking more of an example project showing how the Wago parts are best placed on a folio and connected to terminals, as this is something I am trying to figure out.

Hi
I am looking to complete a project with a Wago 750 series PLC. Can someone please share a file showing what's the correct method to layout and connect the Wago elements from the library? So far the only way I can think of is to place one module per sheet, but there's probably a better way.
Thanks
Thanks
I tried using Inkscape for editing and preparing DXF file for DXFtoELMT, but I got an error "Too many lines", or something similar. I should look into reducing the number of lines obviously. I've never used Inkscape so I am probably doing something wrong.
Anyway I tried drawing a thumbnail assuming that each pixel is 1mm and it works out fine, should be enough for rough sketches of a panel.
Hello
I have just started using QET for PLC cabinet layout, and I must say it's an excellent tool. As I am still learning, I have a few questions:
1) Is there an updated procedure for converting DXF to element files? The converter script has not been updated for a while.
2) Is there another tool which can be used for drawing elements to scale using real dimensions?
3) If the answer to 2) is no, can you please create or point me to a tutorial showing how to draw elements.
4) There's a lot of ready components in the embedded library. Is that library hosted somewhere, and how can I download the most recent version after an update?
5) I read this topic and it describes a good procedure for drawing elements and thumbnails. The example drawing in the post has a ruler shown on it - how can I do the same?
Thanks
