in the configuration I have a folder for user title-block en another folder for company title-blocks
I can see the templates in the project structure
I want to add a company title block but in the list only the QET and user title blocks are visible
how to add a company title-block?
Maybe save as company title-blocks to ceate the folder .qet/titleblocks-company/?
I created it with the title block editor and saved to the folder as defined in the QET configuration
but it does not appear in the list to choose in a project

You can't see it in the project widget?
If I understand your problem correct, you have to choose "New template (enter its name)" and then you can edit the filename.

I can create a new template
I do see it in the project widget
but the template is not in de list to select from in the project properties

In QET-Settings for new projects you find ALL titleblock-templates from ALL collections to choose from.
In project- or folio-settings you only find templates that are available in the project:
Drag the newly created template from the tree to a folio to add it to the project. Then you can also choose from the dialog, which template to use.
in the QET configuration I only see the qet title block and user title blocks
the company title blocks are not available
so I can not set a company title block as default
as work around I can drag the wanted title block the new project and then set as template in the project
but this feels like a workaround
You use last devel 0.100 version?
Please send QET logs.
You are right, Lieven, the ComboBox with the list of ALL templates isn't filled with the company-templates!
Sorry for confusion!
I am already on the search in the sourcecode, where this is going wrong...
But in the meantime you can use the "workaround"!

I use the latest version of QET
I tried some different things
In configuration I set the company folder to default to see where default is
but after closing and reopening, the project widget still shows the previously selected folder
If I set to another folder then the content changes to the new folder
because I have no admin rights here
when appling a new version I ony put the exe in the bin folder
and copy the language files from the new version
is this enough or do I need something else?

On M$ where I don't have admin-rights I only use the "Ready-To-Use" - Version!
I use DoubleCommander to unpack and copy it to a folder in "D" and it works perfectly for some years now!
When upgrading to a new version you first have to delete the elements-folder for the case that some elements are moved from one folder to another AND you have to prevent the config-folder from overwriting.
I can't check now, but on the ready to use version I added the company folders in the conf directory, if you want to backup your conf when you upgrade from 0.9 to 0.100 you need to create these folders manually in your conf directory.

Otherwise, by default, the program can't find its folders ( elements-company, titleblocks-company). That seems to be the problem you've encountered, fixed by enter new path in setting, I think.

I selected a template from the user blocks
and deleted the template
the template is removed from the folder but not from the list
same applies for copany and QET blocks

I can't reproduce the bug you describe, you saw in project widgets list, maybe you saw in project embeded title blocs?

Can't reproduce either:
TitleBlock-Template is removed from directory, Templates-Tree and ComboBox in QET-Settings.
Do you possibly have file-access-problems on your "non-admin"-machine?
