How can I determine if Tcl is installed? Does Tcl need to be installed separately?

Tcl 8.6 is installed, the same error message appears again.

This probably means that Tcl wasn't installed properly.

Which version of qet_tb_generator should I download and test, 1.1.6 or 1.1.7?

C:\Users\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python35\Lib\site-packages is installed. In this directory there is a ReadMe file with the following content:

Should I copy the qet_tb_generator.exe to this directory?

Next problem: Windows Defender marks qet_tb_generator-1.1.7.exe as malware win32/blocker.

Hello in Microsoft Windows 10 Defender the signature for qet_tb_generator 1.1.7.exe has been adjusted. The false detection has been removed.

Tried with the Ready to Use Version of QElectroTech, no success.
The same happens with administrator rights, other user accounts and other computers.

Maybe a misconfigured Windows Installation?
Autodesk Inventor, Fusion 360 and SolidEdge run without problems.

Tried here but with 0.9-dev ReadyToUse and switched to german language, qet_tb_generator.exe start..
