How can I draw a double level terminal block in qelectrotech?

Hi to everybody: I am trying to use qelectrotech in order to draw a double level terminal and then a double level terminal block. I've already seen that there's a symbol in the library, but unfortunately it is to be used in the layout drawing and not in the electrical drawing. Also do there exist a way to represent the jumpers that join electrically these terminals when needed?
