Topic: New version launched (v.1.1.4)

Hi. After a long period of absence, I took advantage of this Christmas holiday and I launched a new version. The improvements are:
- Now for sort terminals, just left-click and right-click on the corresponding cell of POS. column
- Before each terminal block had a fixed length of 30 terminals. Now is confirable for each terminal block
- Now it is possible to set the number of reservation terminals for each terminal block.
- When pressing  CREATE TERMINAL BLOCKS buttonm a window pop-up to select which terminals to create/update.
- Regarding the aspect of the terminal block:
     - All the text are dynamics: allows edition.
     - The cables connected at the bottom of the terminals have the same id that the top.
     - The conductors of a hose are identified at the two sides with a small mark.

Remember, to update in Linux: sudo python3 -m pip install --upgrade qet_tb_generator
To update in windows: python -m pip install --upgrade qet_tb_generator

I attach an image showing the changes.

Re: New version launched (v.1.1.4)

Thank you very much Unalcade. ;-)
I have tried the latest version a lot and have seen the best improvement you have made.

Geat work.

Maybe you could add this change for future release :
I searched for a while and I did not understand why it was not working properly.
It would be nice to remind him in the help.

Steps to follow.
- In QET. Optional: Choose Project> Clean Project
- In QET. Start the plugin. Choose 'Start the terminal block creation plug-in' in the project menu.
- In the complement. Edit the terminal blocks (described below).
- In the complement. Press the 'CREATE TERMINAL BLOCKS' button.
- In the complement. In the pop-up screen, choose the terminal blocks you want to create / update.
- Close the addon.
- In QET.  close without saving project (very important) and Reopen the project.
- In QET. Under the 'COLLECTIONS' tree of the project, all the terminal blocks appear.

Re: New version launched (v.1.1.4)

J'ai une erreur à la mise à jour sous linuxmint:

Re: New version launched (v.1.1.4)

sudo apt-get install python3-setuptools

or
sudo python3 pip install -U pip setuptools

Pourquoi tu n'installes pas le paquet directement avec apt comme QET depuis le PPA?

Hi scorpio810.

At the bottom of the plug-in, in red, appears "Remember to SAVE the QET project before usgin this plug-in".  So, if you save th e diagram before, when you close Qelectrotech to reload the diagram, the save warning doesn't appears.

Any way, I'll update the help text in  the next release.

Re: New version launched (v.1.1.4)

Hi unalcade,

The user can logically think that it is necessary to force the recording of the project afterwards and risks not understanding why the plugin did not generate the new terminal blocks.

Re: New version launched (v.1.1.4)

1 point remonté à Unalcade par mail:
- si on met un tiret de le nom du bornier, exemple -X:1, la borne n’apparaît pas dans le plugin.

Re: New version launched (v.1.1.4)

Merci de l'info.
