Topic: Two Changelog Files in qelectrotech-source-mirror

The qelectrotech-source-mirror contains two 'changelog' files: ChangeLog.md and ChangeLog.MD.
Since Windows is not case-sensitive, this causes problems in the Qt IDE on Windows.
