Topic: Support - User Collection the name does not appear

Sorry for the inconvenience, but I'm new to the platform and I'm having difficulty creating collections, because after creating them, the name and icon of the symbols (elements) don't appear.

I saw those name are language dependant as they change when you change languaje on application setup.
Of course you can type again. I saw this behaviour when you copy from an existing collection to you personal collection. All name dissapear even they were already created.
I am novice here also. I hope that info help you.
