Topic: Lines dissapear after exporting

Goodafternoon,

Today i tried to export one of my drawings to pdf format. After doing so, various lines that are thinner, they're often striped as well, become nearly impossible to see, or dissapear completely. Where does this go wrong?

I've attached 3 images to give visual aid, the two with clearly visible lines are from the drawing and the export preview, the third is from the pdf file.

Please tell me if additional info is required.

Lennard

Re: Lines dissapear after exporting

I don't have a solution but an explanation:
This seems to be a rendering-"problem" of your PDF-viewer.
Depending on how the viewer renders the thickness of the lines you may see them with all zoom-factors or not.
As far as I know there is no setting in QET for the export of line-widths.

Try another PDF-viewer.  nomicons/wink

Thanks for your reply.
I'm not really well known with the ins and outs of PDF.
When i open PDF files it opens it in Google Chrome, so i guess that's my PDF viewer?
Is there anywhere i can change settings for the rendering?
If not, do you have a recommendation for an alternate PDF-viewer?
