Sorry I do not often have to do electrical drawings and forgot about this post. The last time I cannot remember what i did to correct the drawings but think i somehow disabled the page reference or possibly i created a new protective device element and changed to a coil. I cannot remember. However I am using a different computer and had the same problem. While researching the problem I found this post again and see it was never really resolved.
I was playing around with this trying to work out what I did last time and looking at the advice that was given here. I managed to find a solution however I believe that this is a bug in Qelectrotech.
Basically what I did was got to project properties. new folio. Cross references tab. under type select organ of protection. select view contacts radio button. then you can select back to view cross radio button. The xref positions will now display correctly in the document.
I have attached a video to show this. Hope this helps anyone else.
