Topic: Edit Title block

I am using macOS Mojave
The title block editor allow me to add and modify rows and columns but the contents of the fields cannot be edited as the editor does not show the edit section below.

Please assist

In settings -> display:  see if "Cell properties" is checked.

I did not realise that settings -> display is different when the title block is selected.
