Topic: Exporting cable numbers

Is there a method to export or extract the cable numbers in the same way that we can with the parts list?

Export your parts list as a csv file.
Import the csv file in LibreOffice or MS Office and filter the file according to the 4th column "designation.qet".
This way you can easily filter your cable numbers out.

I assume you use an element to draw your cables and not only basic shapes and free text fields.

I'm speaking about CABLES and not about WIRES. Many people does not make any difference between cables and wires.
For WIRES, there is no way to export their numbers at this time.

Yes sorry I was talking about wire numbers, rather than cable identification.  I've discovered where they are in the XML project file.  I'll see if I get time to work out a complete extraction script.
