Ok, you need to edit your element with element editor and adapt terminal position on the grid.

is there a way to replace to the modified object without deleting the old one?

(because it delete the whole wiring as well)

Perhaps ! If your change is minimal !

Click on your element in the folio, in the widget information, in general field click on button edit element, make your changes, save element, after save your project, close it et re open it.
