Topic: Cover page template creation

Hi!
I'am new using this software, then i don't know much of it. I'am trying to make a Cover page with some info of the project like an revision table, some information about the installation and others. I tried to make it in the title blocks but it only stays below the page. I tried to make is as an element, but i cannot fit correctly inside the page. Then i tried to make ans svg file in InkScape and import, but if i put the same size of the folio it doesn't fit perfct because of the option enable/disable heards in the page. If i show them and fit the imported SVG it works, but i don't want the columns and rows appearing. How i can make this? Maybe other form or method
