Topic: Language will not change..

I have downloaded to 3 different computers, windows and Linux, and upon install, English is presented, but every time subsequent attempts to start software have come up in French.  Have tried .90 and .100 Dev, both present same behavior, my French is not bad, fiancee is French and helps me when she is available, (the technical side is a bit tricky).  But to effectively use this I need English, or a large brain upgrade.

I have tried changing to other languages, and that still drops me back to French, so it seems to be systematic.

Is there a trick to setting the language so it sticks?

don't forget to click the <OK> button on the bottom of the popup

Always using the latest development version

I am having the same issue. on Win11 first when I installed V0.90 it was in English then after the restart of the computer the program changed to French. Even I chosen a new language it stays French. Before commenting on it I have pressed OK.
I uninstalled reinstall still French not possible to change language. Then I tried with with 0.100 version same issue. Any suggestion or idea? I can't speak French....

Found the issue. If I pinned the program to the TASK bar an I opened it, it opened only in French. If I started the program from the desktop shortcut it started in English. I struggled 3 days with it...

hi All,
went through similar problem on on my network PC with win11 (24H2), language is changing only for library but not main program menu.

Temporary solution - open first example project built in English (eg. industrial.qet) and suddenly English is back, minimize example project, open yours - and " Mettez - vous au travail".

Does job for me.

use "Lancer QET.bat" to start QElectroTech.
