The bike is suppose to have a horn on it to alert forklift drivers and anyone else. But the horns they have been buying have been coming in defective.. I have seriously been considering getting one of these Impact Train Horns, it comes with a wireless button. I would just mount the button to the steering arm and the horn under the basket and then I am set..

The pockets on the inside of the basket are just a cut up Husky Bucket bag. In one of the pictures you will see some modified washers I used. drilled a hole in the husky bag, Then pinched it with 2 washers and some bolts so that the tension is on the washer and not the bag... kind of like a rivet ring.

The electrical horn wouldn't be a problem with us, we've got quite a few in our shop, but you'd have to fiddle with it and add a battery...

I love your bike, which is very well organised. Unfortunately, that's not possible in our site, where we'd need around 25 of them for each electrician and mechanic guys, and the factory is several hectares in size and has several floors...

That's why I carry more than ten kilos of tools with me... like a cowboys or special force, and I walk an average of ten kilometres per 8-hour shift...

Unfortunately I'm now broken all over, and I'll have to make do with a desk job...
I'm no longer healthy enough to work 5x8 after 35 years in 4x8 and 5x8, or to be on the front line.

I also added a table/shelf extension on the Bike. It just sorts of wedges between the storage slot and the basket tank armor.... I mean basket cover. You can see it in the original picture stored on the far side of the bike. I did this because with the lid closed, my Bike ends up being an irresistible work surface, so I constantly have things I am working on or my tools on top of my Bike lid. However, I always need more tools out of the basket. So the extension is utilized in this situation when I just grab everything and slide it off the lid and onto the extension so I can get to more tools.

Moi c'est Olivier. Je suis quinquagénaire (et pas cinquantaine

Pour résumer, je suis électricien. J'ai fait de l'automatisme, de la prog depuis 40 ans pour des utilitaires perso.
J'utilisais jusqu'à présent 123schema puis hagercad, mais trop prise de tête.

Utilisant linux depuis 25 ans, j'ai cherché une alternative net suit tombé sur QET.
Franchement, vous assurer les gars pour le dev.

J'ai déjà posé quelques quelques questions  avec des réponses. Merci à vous.

Reste juste a savoir s'il y a un chat texte (et un discord dédié ou avec un salon qet)

Bonsoir Olivier,

on doit avoir a peu près le même age, et les mêmes années sous Linux, merci pour les compliments, QET est le fruit du travail de tres nombreuses personnes.

Oui, il y a bien un salon IRC dédié QET mais plus trop fréquenté par l’équipe depuis plus d'un an (soucis de santé de la petite team).
J'y jette un œil de temps en temps depuis un client irssi dans un tmux.
En parallèle avec l'ancien dev de QET on a lancé  un petit revolt (discord like), qui pour l'heure plutot confidentiel.
