Hello People

I've been drawing with QElectroTech for a while so far I really like it.
where i need it all. I was looking around the website a bit and came across this template.
I Actually like it if so where can I download it exactly.
or is it not available anywhere to download.
I tried to imitate. but actually too little time to do that.
