Lost element

Hi, I am completely new using QET so I am a bit lost.

I created an element of a simple box with X ammount of connections on it. After placing it on a folio, I edit the element placed directly instead of the created original element.

Now I can't find the place where the edited element placed on the folio is saved for me to re used in a different place or even continue editing it. Not even double clicking on the same element I can actually edit what I am looking at on the screen..

I am pretty sure I must have done something stupid but... Can someone give me a hand, please?
