Suggestion: automatic renumbering

First of all, I would like to congratulate you on the work done with Qelectrotech. Very useful tool.

Second, I want to suggest the automatic renumbering of cables and elements.

Third, a tool for measuring dimensions would be very useful. When I use Qeletrotech for electrical panel layouts, I don't have any measurement tools.
