Topic: Learning to create my first Electrical Schematic project

Novice user for the first time. Thank you for offering such a wonderful tool. I want to learn and train myself for my first electrical control project. I searched for something like "QElectrocTech for Dummies" book but didn't find one. Watched a couple of YouTube tutorials but they are probably not for total newbies. Started reading the documentation and my ability to learn seems diminished.
I am not clear if I need to start a project first or create components first.
Is there a way that I can use .elmt files describing the components and import a NetList to create a schematic?

I had to cut half of my post and could not attach an image because of this error:
The BB software is giving me error message saying "Warning! The following errors must be corrected before your message can be posted: Sorry, but we think you are bot. You can not post message on this forum."
How do I prove that I am not a bot?

UPDATE: Thanks to guidance from Laurent Trinques, I was able to upload the image. I hope to receive advice soon.

Re: Learning to create my first Electrical Schematic project

I need to set drawing size to 11'x17" (279x432mm) with title blocks on the right side.
The main control panel includes these components:

INCOMING CONTROL POWER (120V AC, 60Hz)
LOGIC TRANSFORMER: Functional Devices TR100VA001, 120/24V AC, 100VA
EPO Stations: STI SS2309PO-EN
MONITORED SAFETY RELAY: Pilz PNOZ X3P
INTERPOSING / DISTRIBUTION RELAY: IDEC RH4B-ULAC24V
Relay socket: IDEC SH4B-05
FUSED PILOT OUTPUT TERMINAL BLOCKS: Phoenix Contact UK 5-HESI N, 3000539
Pilot light: Schneider Harmony XB7EV03BP
Regular Terminal blocks: Phoenix Contact UK 5 N
Ground Bar
DIN Rail 35mm
Enclosure with removable backplate

The complete enclosure will look like an image I cannot attach.

Please guide me to a learning path so I can create the schematic and component layout drawing myself. Thank you.
