Topic: Import existing schematic

I am new to QET, and the software is great. Is it possible to import an existing E-Plan or Autocad schematic, I need to modify a section and would prefer not to start from scratch. This would be very useful.

This is a well known question!

When you have the Information about the internal file-formats of those commercial software, it should be possible to design a converter.
But:
The companies do not publish these internals.
And:
You need to find someone to write that converter in his spare time, if you can't do it yourself!

You can also be sued by the Eplan company if you design this converter....
