Topic: Paper scale for a project(how I can set the scale of a page?)

Hi, I want know how I can set the scale of a page, because when I go in "Page proprierties" I can set only margins or pixel but I don't know the height of a margin.
I want create A4 page, A3 page, so what I could do to set and know how long is a maegin
