Topic: FEATURE RQST?: Why AutoNum schemes not setable in a QET Config

Bonjour

Just wondering why we cannot define Conductor and Element Auto-numbering schemes and save as part of the QET configuration  ( Settings | Configure QElectrotech )?

Hello,

they informations is only saved in file project and not in QET config file.
A workaround is possible : open your old .qet project and paste this XML attributes in the new project.qet file.

Example for Conductor and Element Auto-numbering :

BTW, paste  and replace <newdiagrams> ... <newdiagrams> XML chain in your new project with a text editor.

Merci Laurent,

It is ugly to have to do things outside QET but I understand the procedure and it's not too difficult.

I can even live with reentering the autonum schemes into each project, but I look forward to being able to save them as part of the QET config dialog...one day:)
