DXFtoQET converter

The DXFtoQET converter is an external application to convert a .dxf file into a .elmt file which can be opened and edited in the QElectroTech element editor.

No installation is required!

Current version

The converter has no version number. The last release date is always the current version.

Download for Windows

Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, 10 / .exe file
The 32bit version only runs on Windows XP. On all other Windows versions, please use the 64bit executable.

Executable binary file (64bit only)
Run chmod +x DXFtoQET to make the file executable.

NOTES:

Only ASCII coded dxf files can be converted. Binary coded dxf files are not supported.
The software is licensed under GNU/GPL and is released without warranty of any kind.
Since the DXFtoQET converter is an external and stand-alone application, its development is not related to that of QElectroTech.
The DXFtoQET converter is currently in development but is already working fine and is successfully used by many users. A lot of complex symbols in the QET collection (supplied with the software) have been created by mean of this converter.
As of now, there is no documentation available about how to use the converter. For questions and suggestions, please post your request on the dedicated section of the forum.
