Aw mutter moan, I figured it out after all. The wife in law went to use the printer and loaded A4 paper on top of the A3 paper in the A3 Tray. The printer would dutifully print "half" the A3 and discover that it wasn't the right size. The printer and its operator were both too dumb to realize what was wrong.

I have a brother MFC-J6920 that will not print anything correctly after installing the Electrotech software, last stable version.

When A3 landscape is selected the printer prints out an A4 sheet that is like half of the A3 then declares an error.

I have reinstalled the printer, and removed the Electrotech software. Still not working with all my applications.

The print Que shows the file to print and then after the printing starts another print file shows up. It is Print Document and says the owner is SYSTEM.

When I look at the properties for this file it says to print an A4. Here is a copy of the properties. What to do? It
