Oeps, there was a separate language file for qel. It works now as usual.

After chancing the language setting, the only thing (sofar) that did not change was the language used by the menu. It keeps on using french.
Under windows there was a solution, but using linux (suse) that solution does not work.
Anybody an idea how to correct this omission?
