Summary0000095: Collections pane project titles do not fall back to show filename when title is not defined.
Description...instead it show "Untitled project"

This is unlike Project pane which show filename when title is not defined.

And unlike the displaying of elements that also is displayed by filename when they have no name in a recognised translation.

Also, when defining the project name, it is not updated in Collections pane until i reload collections.
