Still the win-installer contains very old files in root-directory!
These files are different to those at github and in ready-to-use - version.

The current Windows nightly (installer built 30 September from 784a663c1) carries the same ChangeLog, CREDIT, ELEMENTS.LICENSE, LICENSE and README as the source on GitHub: the build now copies them from the repository root. Could you check with that installer? If it matches for you too, I'll close this.
