Summary	0000276: All digits are off by one
Description	On windows 10, all digits are off by one. E.g. the date "16/11/2022" is displayed as "27/22/3133", "270,00°" is displayed as "381,11°", etc. That's even in the log files (all date digits are +1). See attached screenshot.
