Update TS files

As you know, we have French and now English strings in source code, translate English strings to French isn't a better solution.

I need to create new file qet_fr.ts and generate qet_fr.qm binary, paste all French strings, translate new English strings to French, no time for that now.

Hilario have idea to convert by scripts French strings to English in the source code, and generate new localization translations files without need to resume all to zero for all translators.

I see a lot of activity on the QElectroTech engine lately but what about the localization strings? Is it time for an update on them too? When I use QEelctroTech there are more and more strings in French only.
