Different Font Size in One Cell of Template

Hi all,
Greeting from Indonesia, first of all thank you for developing QElectroTech and being free.

Currently I working in a project to modify an eletricial wiring. Some pages still using the original, in the existing eletrical wiring the title box has a different font size in one box. For example text "Title:" font size 8 and then "Electrical Wiring" font size 10. How to make the same in QEletroTech.

Cross‑folio reference arrows change wire number after saving project

Hello everyone,
I have an issue with cross‑folio reference arrows (go‑to / come‑from arrows) in QElectroTech.
On folio 1, conductors are numbered 510, 511, 512 with outgoing reference arrows.
On folio 2, the corresponding incoming reference arrows should keep the same wire numbers 510, 511, 512.
But as soon as I save the project, the numbers on folio‑2 reference arrows automatically change to 610, 611, 612. The electrical potential is the same across two folios.
I tried manually editing the conductor label on the second‑page arrow, and unchecked "apply properties to all conductors of this potential". After saving and re‑opening the project, the numbers get modified again.
Is this caused by the setting one text per folio potential in folio properties?
When this option is checked, does QET assign independent wire numbers for the same potential on every single folio?
What is the correct setting to keep identical wire numbers for same potential across different folios?

Guides Offset paper top or sheet between the row and columns

I did discover the Guide feature and it works fine. However, if I use a distance, for example, Hor 100px and Vert. 100px, then the pointer shows me '72,72'. So I assume the 100px is measured from the outside of the sheet and not from the top/right side of the left corner or from the bottom/right side of the columns/headers/rows.

Is this on purpose? If I need some guide repetition, then I have to know the size of the headers and column thicknesses.
Is there a secret setting to change this behavior, or what is the common practice to handle this?

Text Size and Alignment in Projects

Previously (last year), I successfully created, edited, and printed a big project with a large number of manually created elements.

Now I need to return to this project to make some changes. However, when I opened it, I found that the text no longer matches in size and position. This affects the entire project, including both the elements themselves in the Element Editor and the positions of labels and textfields, as well as the text in title blocks.

It seems that the program’s settings are overwriting the text settings in the project.

Please advise how to fix this and how to avoid similar situations in the future. Thanks in advance!

Problems with some default variables

Hi. I am using the version "0.100.1-dev" of QElectroTech.
I meet theses problems:

1) "projecttitle" is not set by setting the "Project title" text field of the "Project properties" window.

2) "saveddate" is not set whereas "savedtime" is set.

3) "saveddate-eu" is not set.

4) The format of "date" is "dd/mm/yy". Is there a way in order to obtain the creation date of folio in a different format, for example "dd/mm/yyyy"?

I am running Linux Mint. A few moths ago I have downloaded the source code of qet 0.100 compiled and installed it, modified part of the source code to fix some issues, uninstalled the old installation and re-installed it.

Yesterday, I noticed that files of other custom software installed under /usr/local/share/icons and /usr/local/man were missing. Only qet files were left in these directory trees.

So, I had a look at the Makefile of qet 0.100 and found the following section in Makefile.Release:

These lines suggest that per "make uninstall" entire folders are removed, that may hold files from other software, rather than removing only qet files.

Therefore, I recommend to please correct the uninstall procedure carried out per Makefiles so that only qet files are removed.

Learning to create my first Electrical Schematic project

Novice user for the first time. Thank you for offering such a wonderful tool. I want to learn and train myself for my first electrical control project. I searched for something like "QElectrocTech for Dummies" book but didn't find one. Watched a couple of YouTube tutorials but they are probably not for total newbies. Started reading the documentation and my ability to learn seems diminished.
I am not clear if I need to start a project first or create components first.
Is there a way that I can use .elmt files describing the components and import a NetList to create a schematic?

I had to cut half of my post and could not attach an image because of this error:
The BB software is giving me error message saying "Warning! The following errors must be corrected before your message can be posted: Sorry, but we think you are bot. You can not post message on this forum."
How do I prove that I am not a bot?

Elements not used but in the BOM

Hello Community

I have copied an existing file for another project. When I export the BOM to a sqlite database I still
in the database which are not used. They are not in the visible project but still in th database.
Purging or clenaing up the project doen`t help. They are still in.

The strange thing is that the same query in the software doesn`t show these elements.
What is the reason for this and how can I get rid of the unused also in the sqlite DB?

Auto labeling

I created some library elements. When I drag an element into the schematic, the component is not automatically labeled.
When I drag an element into the schematic from the official QET-Libarary, labeling works fine.

When I copy an element from the official libarary in my custom folder, labeling also does not work.

If possible, I would like to label my elements like

-KF01..
-MA01...
-QA01..
and so on.

Is there a way to set up QET so that components are automatically labeled like this?
