I had just begun making a shematic to learn terminal blocks.
I placed some terminal blocks, and fuses, played with naming, moved some element and labels of then, suddenly segmentation fault.

Additionally QtCreator fail to retrieve assembly, have not seen that before.
Some problem in my system?
