If by chance you don't have what is necessary to
uncompress a ZIP archive, you can use the
7-zip software.

Compilation
If you wish to test the current developement version of QElectroTech, you can (bravely) follow the procedure described on this page: Documentation: Test the current development version
QElectroTech Repository
However, there are builds in the QElectroTech repository (also accessible via FTP).
Get into the builds/ directory and choose the most recent date to see the associated builds.
For Windows, they are generally Ready To Use builds: uncompress and execute.
You may need the Qt (v4.6.0) libraries (dll) for them to work.
Slackware packages are also regularly built.

Element viewer
The element viewer is a small tool to view an element by dropping it in the viewer window.
- Sources - platform-independant
- elmtviewer.exe - binary executable file for Windows (requires the Qt .dll files)
